The subject of this paper is the Twitter Terms of Use. It aims to unravel the dogmas created by big tech corporations in defense of freedom above social regulation and civil liability. Methodologically, it is a qualitative research. Articulates bibliographic research and document analysis. It dialogues with contemporary authors dedicated to the critique of the political economy of comunication. As a case study, it analyzes documents that show how Twitter operates. It works with the hypothesis that the company imposes its business model, sale of data and programmatic or targeted advertising, above any right beyond the contract of use. The gospel according to Twitter.
